Annotation: A film based on two short stories about two different forms of love. The passionate love of Kristka to a country boy Jasek as opposed to the tender and devoted love of a different girl of the same name Kristka, to a rough man Palo Badao. Both the girls fight for their love. One is direct and resolute. The other one relies on subtlety and gentleness. It is a film adaptation of short stories - Gray Eyes by Kazimierz Przerwa-Tetmajer and The Melted Heart by Milo Urban.
